The Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) Manual helps the public understand how to request information from an organisation. For SANAC Trust, the publication brings that procedural information into a designed, printed format in English and isiZulu.
The challenge
A document with a formal purpose still needs to be approachable. Readers need to identify the organisation, understand what the manual is for and move through important information without the layout becoming a barrier.
The approach
The cover uses a clear title and SANAC Trust identity, supported by a strong hierarchy and carefully organised publication design. The English and isiZulu versions extend access across two language editions while keeping the document recognisable as one institutional resource.
The outcome
